CASHTON, Wis. – Betsy and Lee Sheldon of Cashton have been working to grow a Mediterranean plant in western Wisconsin – with no farming experience. But it’s paid off. Their Lolaylar Lavender Farm is becoming a popular place to meander the fields for “u-pick” flowers and to patronize their store. The farm is named for their three daughters – Lorelie, Layelle and Larkin.
