BILLINGS, Mont. – Although much of the state is still covered in snow and ice, Montana farmers and ranchers itching to get into their fields know all too well spring will be here soon. With spring comes work and play outdoors, often on an Off Highway Vehicle (OHV), like an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) or a utility task vehicle (UTV).
