WRIGHT CITY — Supporting three families off of one farm is getting harder in the current agriculture climate. However, one Missouri family found a way to do just that by opening their farm to visitors.
Small patch keeps family farming full time
Atop the hay stack, brothers Dustin, left, and Dave Mikus can see their family agribusiness venture in full swing. Their parents, Leroy and Ardell also keep close tabs on the operation. The Warren County couple was able to bring both sons back into the farming operation full-time with the addition of a pumpkin patch.
