The use of dicamba products remains a hot topic for Missouri farmers, as well as government agencies and university employees. This was another year of dealing with drift damage from use of the dicamba herbicides, which experts say have been effective in controlling weeds.
Missouri monitors dicamba damage
A soybean field in southeast Missouri shows the effects of dicamba drift damage, including cupping leaves. The Missouri Department of Agriculture recently announced it would not be putting any additional label restrictions on dicamba products beyond what the EPA ruled.
