Wheat harvest has been in full swing this past week! Yields and test weights are all across the board. Highly managed wheat has hit numbers of 100-plus, with test weights hitting 60-plus. Rust and a few other reported diseases have been prevalent in wheat without a fungicide. Yields as low as 40 bu./acre and low 50s test weight are common as well. Many corn tassels/silks emerged this past week as well. Aeriel fungicides have started. Many fields of soybeans are blooming. Hay fields continue to get put up in the dry weather.
