We had 17 days without rain. That had us worried. Last night (Sunday, July 28) we got six-tenths of an inch of rain. We got the straw baled, and got some weed zapping done last week. I think this week is supposed to be full of chances for rain. The pastures look really green. The crops seem fairly good. The beans don’t seem to be growing as fast this year. We’ve got a little bit of a Japanese beetle issue on beans in the area.
