Another hot dry week for the area. Everybody is in the middle of the harvest grind as we continue to have excellent weather. People are kind of all over the place as far as crops go. Some people are picking corn, some are cutting beans. All depends on how they can get rid of the bushels. A lot of elevators are full and only taking certain crops during the week. The weather conditions have not been the issue, but the infrastructure has been the limiting factor this fall. All crops are needing to be harvested at this point as a lot of the corn is starting to fall over and a lot of the soybeans are shattering out.
