GLENVILLE, Minn. – It started just before 10:00 am. on Aug. 8, 2017. Matt Webb, fire chief for the Glenville Fire Department, and Wes Webb, Matt’s father and fellow fire fighter, were driving to work. The call went out for the London Fire Department to report to a farmer trapped in a grain bin.
