Since 1991, the National Beef Quality Audit has delivered measurements for cattle producers and industry stakeholders to help determine quality conformance of the U.S. beef supply. A number of the measurements come from the implementation of the Beef Quality Assurance (BQA) program, and the success or lack of success of that knowledge that has been passed on to the producers.
