Some surprising information made it to my phone this week. Surprising in a good way. I had forgotten about UNL Extension’s Dr. Alfredo DiCostanzo’s visit to the cabbage patch in November. Alfredo is a beef systems extension agent based out of Cumming County, Nebraska. He collected feed samples of the turnips and impact collards and submitted them for analysis.
