When an FFA livestock judging team makes it to Nationals, their hometown energetically rallies around the students, their livestock and the beef that the families raise.

Mckenna Fisher was a silver medalist recipient in FFA extemporaneous speaking. She made it to the semifinals, placing among the top 16.
Ethan Uhlir with St. Paul, Nebraska FFA, went to Nationals as a finalist for the FFA National Proficiency Award in Outdoor Recreation. He was the only FFA member from Nebraska to make the final four in their category. Ultimately, Uhlir didn't win, but he received his American Degree.
Truman Beck, left, Sam Thede, Nick Busse and Kaleb Baker make up the St. Paul, Neb., FFA Natural Resources team, which finished seventh in the nation. Thede placed fifth in the nation. Busse also received a gold rating. Beck and Baker received silvers.
