The Chippewa County Holstein Breeders is sponsoring a Chippewa County Calf Project to provide youths with the opportunity to own registered Holsteins. Loan funds of up to $1,500, at no interest, are being made available to youth to buy calves.

Feb. 22 is the deadline for young people to apply for loans to purchase registered Holsteins through a Chippewa County Holstein Breeders' calf project.
