Eliminating the tariffs the Supreme Court struck down and adding Trump’s new 15% global tariff, China’s effective tariff rate will be reduced from 32% down to 24%.” Matthew Lucas at Total Farm Marketing said, “The soybean market is closely watching to see whether importers of U.S. agricultural goods, including China, step back from existing trade arrangements following the Supreme Court’s ruling or respond after President Trump on Saturday raised a temporary duty to 15% on U.S. imports from all countries.”
