The Hightower Report said, “Beans ended the week with a strong close following a surprise 100,000 ton flash sale of U.S. meal this morning sold to Italy. The sale comes on the heels of yesterday’s record high meal exports for this week of the year, and July meal rallied sharply to a new 2026 high, while bean oil pulled back following its bearish technical gap lower a few days ago.” Brandon Doherty at Total Farm Marketing said, “According to the Buenos Aires Grain Exchange, an estimated 80% of Argentina’s soybeans have filled, or are filling pods. They rated the crop 47% good to excellent, up 2% from the week before. They also reported harvest to be 2% complete nationally, which is a bit of a slower start caused by recent rains.”
