Another week brings another 1.5 to 2 inches of rain. The heat and humidity continue their relentless summer stretch, setting the stage for increased crop disease pressure. With moisture building and temperatures rising, it’ll be interesting to see how disease factors into final yield. Looking at the latest drought monitor, nearly every corner of the Corn Belt has received rain. Farmers are gearing up for a big crop and so far, all signs point in that direction.
