The early-planted corn is taking the heat better than the later-planted corn. Beans are starting to take off and grow a little. I checked some sweet corn, and Japanese beetles were thick in it. We’re combining wheat, which is doing good. We’re baling straw and will try and double crop some beans into it. I heard people say that some tar spot may be around.
