GRAND FORKS. N.D. – With a wealth of support from both the North Dakota House and Senate, a $30 million value-added ag facility incentive program recently passed and was sent to the governor’s desk on Apr. 22. The bill is intended to help the Agristo potato processing plant, which chose North Dakota and specifically, Grand Forks, as its first U.S. location to build one of its world-class potato plants if Agristo wants to pursue the incentive.
