Adama recently entered into an agreement with Syngenta AG for the transfer of certain crop-protection products and distribution rights in exchange for entering into agreements for the divestiture of certain products in Europe to Nufarm Limited. Syngenta and Adama are each divesting certain products as required by the European Commission for approval of the acquisition of Syngenta by ChemChina.
