WESTBY, Wis. – From fertilizer prices to tractor parts, farmers are struggling to meet increasing costs as many commodity prices decline. Several farmers met Oct. 15 at Darin and Jo Ann Von Ruden’s farm near Westby to voice concern about increasing costs caused by tariffs and an escalating trade war.
