INVERNESS, Mont. – As warm weather is becoming more reliable across the northern Great Plains, fieldwork continues to progress. For Stine-Lise Decker and her father, Kim Haaland, who farm together south of the Hi-Line towns of Inverness and Chester, this year’s planting season has been nothing short of a headache.
