Restaurant switches gears and takes pork tenderloin title

Dan and Kelly Liddiard turned a car dealership into a now award-winning restaurant during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic downturn. Their pork tenderloin sandwich was recently named the winner of the Iowa’s Best Breaded Pork Tenderloin contest.
