Cattle move to a new paddock at Anathoth Catholic Worker Farm. Mike Miles, who herds the cattle, says they are his soil engineers who assist him in silvopasture. Miles says, ‘We recognize that the earth is the Lord's, the fullness thereof. So our farming respects the Divine intent of creation and how ecological processes work. We raise food for people who don’t have enough to eat.'
