Nolan Wellensiek runs Big Big Red Shrimp Co. outside Cook. He sells his Pacific white shrimp whole to customers every summer. The QR code on each box directs customers to a video how-to on preparing their fresh shrimp. Wellensiek said he wants customers to have a good experience with his product.
