People gathered Friday on the Capitol Square in Madison to celebrate the U.S. Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay marriage nationwide.

The 5-4 U.S. Supreme Court decision means all 50 states must perform and recognize gay marriages.
Walker said the ruling legalizing gay marriage is "judicial activism."
