Dr. Luke Minion is chairman of the board for Wholestone Farms. He addressed the crowd at Ag United’s annual luncheon Dec. 14 regarding the new pork processing facility slated to begin construction in Sioux Falls in late 2022 or early 2023.

Wholestone Farms opened its first pork processing plant in Fremont, Nebraska in 2018. This last June, the company announced construction plans for a second plant in Sioux Falls, with work starting in late 2022 or early 2023.
