As the nation celebrated its 250th anniversary on July 4, the Theodore Roosevelt Presidential Library opened in Medora, about 25 miles west of Dickinson. A long list of national, state, and local dignitaries and officials spoke at the library from July 3-4, including North Dakota Gov.
