The U.S. Department of Agriculture-Agricultural Marketing Service published March 6, 2023, a report titled “More and Better Choices for Farmers: Promoting Fair Competition and Innovation in Seeds and Other Agricultural Inputs.” The report was a response to Executive Order 14036, which directs federal agencies to take action to promote competition across the American economy.
