SAUK CITY, Wis. – June 10 was the second time the Elsing family hosted the Sauk County Breakfast on the Farm, held at the Elsing Family Farm near Sauk City. The first time was 25 years ago.

The Elsing Family Farm of Sauk City, Wisconsin, began with 40 acres granted to William Elsing, who served in the Civil War. The Elsing family hosts the Sauk County Breakfast on the Farm, estimated to attract more than 2,000 attendees.
