MADISON, Wis. – The virtual March meeting for the Wisconsin Agriculture Youth Council began with an opening from Randy Romanski, Secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection. He shared with council members that Wisconsin’s own State FFA Officers helped to motivate the Future Farmers of Indonesia program at this past year’s World Dairy Expo. Mirroring our FFA, the Future Farmers of Indonesia program covers leadership and career-development opportunities. He concluded his greeting by reminding council members that their voices make a difference – and if they accept opportunities, they too can advocate for agriculture.
