Most folks would agree that the weather has been like a rollercoaster ride this year. It’s been like we are on the last car careening downhill and cornering at breakneck speed, with warm sun one day and extreme wind and snow the next, with a thunderstorm and hail shortly after. One constant for much of Wisconsin again this spring is a lack of moisture.
