SAN ANTONIO, Texas – It was 95 degrees outside Feb. 25 in the River Walk area of San Antonio. It was almost as hot with information overload inside the Henry B. González Convention Center where the 30th-annual Commodity Classic was being held. According to the organizers, it was record attendance with more than 12,000 visitors walking the huge venue – including Lee Agri-Media folks.
