“Feeder cattle set the pace to the upside yesterday after another screwworm detection in the Quintana Roo state in Mexico, following last week’s new case in the Tabasco state,” the Hightower Report said. “So far, USDA has opted not to impose new restrictions on cattle imports from Mexico but clearly traders see the odds rising of another border closure as new cases arise.”
